    • Job Responsibilities
      • Perform sale and customer care activities on savings and other financial products
      • Establish personal contact of potential clients
      • Collect feedback and complaint from clients and report to direct supervisor
      • Analyze the market in order to identify new product growth opportunities
      • Provide support to branches and sub branches
      • Provide training to branch staff
      • Ensure customer satisfaction and sale performance
      • Resolve sale and customer queries and issues
      • Maintain sale reports and call follow up
        • Job Requirement
          • Bachelor in Marketing or equivalent
          • At least one year experience in sales and customer services
          • Excellent oral and written for English
          • Good communication skills
          • Interpersonal skills and professional appearance
          • Telephone manner
          • Multi-tasking abilities
          • Attention for details, logical thinking and results oriented
          • Problem solver
          • Honest and neutrality in work
          • Ability to travel to province branch
